Terms and Conditions

Use of the website and all orders are subject to the acceptance of these terms and conditions, and deemed to be accepted conditions are subject to change without notice and supersede all previous editions.


  1. We accept the following forms of payment: credit and debit card payments. Items are shipped to the cardholder's address,

  3. Please note: Do not return any items to this address without first being issued with an RMA form. This can be requested over the phone or through the quick contact form.
  4. Cash payments should be sent to above address, sent via a secure method. The customer is fully responsible for delivery of cash payments to Mr Charger.
  5. When posting any payment to our address you must include your name, address and order number. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your order, and payment may not be returned.
  6. All orders are subject to stock availability. If we do not supply you for any reason, we will refund any money paid for these goods. We are not liable for any financial loss incurred by you relating to interest payments, or loss of earnings, you would have received on monies paid to us in lieu of any unfulfilled order.


  1. Delivery options cannot be changed after checkout. Your order will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 3:00pm, or the following day for orders after 3:00pm, Monday to Friday.
    We deliver to all countries within the EU and items are sent Royal Mail Air Mail Service, prices for international delivery are presented at checkout.
  2. All our prices include UK first class delivery.
  3. We are not responsible for incorrect postal addresses resulting in non-delivery of the goods. Please check you have carefully entered the correct address. Mr Charger will not accept responsibility for any such losses incurred and no refund will be provided.
  4. Delivery addresses cannot be changed after checkout, Mr Charger is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  5. Next day delivery is not guaranteed. The couriers we use operate on a 98-99% success rate. If the item is not delivered the next day we will not refund the next day delivery charge, if the fault lies with the courier. If the item has been delayed as a result of the Courier, Mr Charger we will refund the delivery charge.
  6. In times of adverse weather conditions items may take longer than normal to arrive. Refunds of delivery charges will not be made in instances of adverse weather conditions.


  1. All products sold on this website have a twelve month warranty (365 days) period unless otherwise stated.
  2. The warranty period begins from original date of purchase; a replacement item does not restart or extend the warranty period in any way. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  3. The warranty does not extend to the laptops used with our products; we are not responsible for improper use of our products.
  4. If goods are deemed tampered with in any way your warranty will become void and you will be held responsible for the costs of repair and delivery.
  5. The warranty does not cover; accidental damage, when warranty sticker has been tampered with, or failure to comply with the original manufacturers conditions of intended use.
  6. In the event of product failure we are not responsible for the loss of any data that may occur. We are also not responsible for any losses occurring whilst we repair or exchange this product under the terms of our warranty agreement. You are advised to back up all data on a regular basis.
